MS Consulting was founded in 2001 by Mark Shiffer out of a desire by his previous employer to retain his services on a part-time basis to ensure proper growth and direction for the software products that he helped them develop during his tenure. Since then, Mark has gained additional depth and breadth of knowledge in many technical areas, and has opened up his consulting services to additional opportunities.

MS Consulting is run as a part-time business by Mark Shiffer. Projects are picked up based upon referrals, this website, as well as, service posting websites. All work is completed during off hours or vacation time from Mark's full time job; with the excpetion of work that is done in conjunction with trusted sub-contractors.
